to Quit or not to Quit

I have been toying with the idea of quitting smoking for quite awhile. Is it that hard to stop puffing my life away after smoking for 9years?

I've remembered my 1st stick was when I'm only 12 years old (yes, underage smoking) and the reason for my first puff- out of curiosity, and it was with a group of virgin smokers of my age. To be honest, it doesn't feel good at all, in fact, it stinks like hell. Therefore, I didn't pick it up until much later until my first job.

It was during smoking session that I get into small-talk session with my fellow smoker colleagues. Through these small-talk sessions, I get into better terms with them and they taught me lots of work related stuffs. I always thought that I'm only a social smoker- that's a huge lie i've been telling myself. Before I realised it, I have been puffing away for 9 years :(

A motto which I develop over the years: "Drinks and Ciggies go hand-in-hand, you will not enjoy without the other." - I have to prove myself wrong.

I have been experiencing tightness in my chest these days, and I imagined my lungs are freaking black chocked with tars. My teeth are getting yellow with dark stains as well. *yucks*

Therefore, I have decided to quit smoking again. Note: I've tried to quit few years ago, and lasted for only 6 months. I hope I can do better this time round.

Wish me success :)

I bought Crest Whitestrips Professional Effect 3D today. Hope it helps to whiten my teeth.
